ABOUT

Wellbeing and Ability, LLC is a single member LLC serving the Knoxville Metropolitan area and is structured on a social business model: a for-profit business with a social mission. My mission is to assist adults ages 18-85 with disabilities in improving overall wellbeing and maintain independence through two primary service options:

1. Social work-informed personal assistance or

2. Adaptive training focused on functional fitness.

(Optional add-ons: Stress reduction techniques or Christian spirituality practices can be integrated into either service).

I work with some clients for only adaptive training, while others I provide personal assistance. I can provide both of these separate services at the same time (in succession in the same day or week). â€‹

To make services accessible to those with lower income, I also offer a sliding scale fee and accept a limited number of pro-bono clients.
Please reach out today for a free consultation to discuss you or your loved one's needs!
