ADAPTIVE WELLNESS TRAINING

I offer adaptive walking and gentle stretch exercise sessions for adults living with chronic health conditions, disabilities, or age-related mobility changes to support wellness and independence. Sessions are offered in-home, outdoor in nature, or online.

DISABILITY & ELDER CARE PLANNING​

I provide non-medical care navigation and planning services that support older adults, individuals living with disabilities, and their families. A Plan of Support is created initially, then clients and their families can choose a retainer tier that fits their current needs.

Clients and families often find the need for organizing items that have accumulated over the years to help with accessibility and stress reduction, or as part of transitioning to other living arrangements. I offer the following:

"Home Reset for Safety” (clear walkways, reduce fall hazards, improve path for accessibility) (non-medical)

COMMUNITY-BASED ACCOMPANIMENT​

I provide door-to-door pickup and drop off for a variety of outings and appointments for clients who can bear their own weight and transfer into a vehicle for transport. (Rollators, wheelchairs, etc. will be loaded for clients). I can accompany clients to their outing or wait on standby depending on preference.
